ABOUT FRG

We have worked the shifts we train people for.

Frontline Resilience Group was built from operational experience rather than a classroom. That shapes everything about how we train.

OUR APPROACH

Training that recognises the job.

Frontline work is not a series of clean scenarios. It is a long shift, a difficult member of the public, a colleague who has gone quiet, an incident that starts before anyone has finished their break, and a decision that has to be made now with half the information.

Training that ignores that gets forgotten by Tuesday. So ours starts from the operational reality — what actually happens, what usually goes wrong, and what a good response looks like when conditions are imperfect.

The result is training people use. Not because they were told to, but because it matched the job they recognise.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Four things we hold to.

01

People first

Safer workplaces are a by-product of better-equipped people. Train the person and the outcome follows.

02

Practical over theoretical

If it cannot be used on the next shift, it does not belong in the session.

03

Honest about limits

We are clear about where a frontline role ends and professional or emergency support begins.

04

No inflated claims

No invented statistics, no borrowed credentials. What we say we do is what we do.

FOUNDER

Ahmed Badawy

Ahmed founded Frontline Resilience Group after more than twenty years working in frontline and operational roles. He started in security and progressed into operational leadership, managing complex teams across demanding client environments.

That route matters. It means the training is written by someone who has stood on the door, run the shift, handled the incident and later had to explain it to a client — rather than by someone who has only read about it.

  • 20+ years of frontline and operational experience

  • Progression from frontline security into operational leadership

  • Experience managing complex teams and client environments

  • Professional training and assessment experience

  • A practical understanding of frontline pressures and constraints

WHERE WE'RE GOING

Training today. More in time.

FRG is launching as a training and development organisation, and that is our focus. Over time the offering will grow into wider professional development and operational support — but only at the pace we can deliver it properly.

Built around real situations our trainers have actually worked through, not theory with a case study bolted on.

Practical

Written for the realities of frontline work — long shifts, mixed teams, public pressure and incomplete information.

Relevant

Most frontline problems are communication problems. We train people to talk to each other and to the public better.
